IBME First Half
Participants on IBME 5768/2008 hail from three different countries (England, USA and Israel). They came together to immerse themselves in an exciting new world of Torah learning, chessed, spirituality and a huge amount of fun.
They spend as much as six hours per day in the MMY Bet Midrash and learning with their teachers. Nevertheless, there is plenty of time for chessed and other activities. Some of the many things we've done so far include volunteering at a children's home in Afula, a nursing home and soup kitchen in Jerusalem, welcoming a Nefesh bNefesh Aliya flight, and learning about the important work of Magen David Adom, Israel's emergency medical service.
So much has happened already, we've learned so many things and made so many new friends. We can't believe it's only half over!
